Prices are quoted in euros, excluding taxes, and are net of applicable fees at the time of ordering. Prices are subject to change at any time, unless otherwise agreed upon at the time of ordering.

Article 9 – Orders

Article 10 – Cancellation
10.1 – With deposit :
Late cancellation (less than 7 days before delivery) results in the Seller retaining the deposit.
10.2 – Without deposit :
Cancellation within the same period will result in a charge of 50 % of the total amount as compensation.
Article 11 – Duration of offers
Offers remain valid as long as they are visible on the site.
Article 12 – Delivery costs
Processing and delivery fees are charged extra. These fees are specified before order confirmation. Quotes are valid for 1 month from the date of issue.
Article 13 – Payment
Payment is made in cash, by credit card via secure providers (PayPal, Stripe), and triggers delivery.
No fees exceeding the actual costs of the means of payment may be charged.
Article 14 – Delivery

Article 19 – Warranty and liability
Application of the legal guarantee of conformity and hidden defects. Any claim must be made within 7 days. Reimbursement or replacement will be made within 7 days of validation of the defect.

Article 21 – Intellectual property
All content, including visuals, studies, and models, is protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction is prohibited without prior written permission.
Article 22 – Unforeseen circumstances
Any price increase or unforeseen change that makes the execution of the contract excessively onerous is assumed by the Customer. If the situation lasts more than 2 months, the contract may be terminated.
Article 23 – Compulsory execution
In the event of a breach, the injured party may demand forced execution after formal notice. It may also call upon a third party at the expense of the defaulting party.
Article 24 – Exception of non-performance
Either party may suspend the performance of its obligations if the other party fails to fulfill its own. Notification is mandatory. Termination is possible after 30 days without a solution.
Article 25 – Force majeure
No liability in the event of an unforeseeable event preventing the execution of the contract. If the impediment lasts more than 30 days, the contract may be terminated.
Article 26 – Resolution
26.1 to 26.5 : Several cases of termination are provided for (unforeseen circumstances, serious non-performance, force majeure, contractual breach). Each is subject to specific procedures, including formal notice.
Article 27 – Applicable law
French law applies to these T&Cs. The reference language is French.
Article 28 – Disputes
Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of French courts. An attempt at amicable resolution, through mediation or conciliation, is encouraged.
